The History of Al-Qalam University?. It used to be called Katsina University, but now it is called Al-Qalam University, Katsina (AUK). It is a private Islamic school in Katsina State, Nigeria, close to Dutsinma Road. It started in 2005, and since then it has been a great location to learn and achieve well in life. It is the second private Islamic school in the country right now, and it teaches Islam in a modern way.

Since it was founded, the university has grown in both size and breadth. There are now six big colleges:

There are 22 bachelor’s degree programs at Al-Qalam. Some of them are full-time and some are part-time. The National Universities Commission (NUC) has also approved the institution to provide 11 master’s degrees and 9 PhDs.

The Bilya Sanda (Khadimul Islam) Library, which established in 2005, is a place where people may learn and do research. What You Need to Get In
To get into UTME, students must pass five topics with credit, including English and Math. They also need to get at least 150 points on the national JAMB test and pass the university’s screening test.
To be able to apply for Direct Entry, you need to have good A-Level results or an OND/NCE certificate with at least an upper or credit pass. These standards make sure that every student is mentally ready for college.
